Complaints Policy

The Training Department at Whitefriars Sailing Club takes all complaints seriously and will endeavour to work with the complainant to resolve any issues where possible. If you are unhappy about any aspect of training, please discuss this with your instructor or the Club Training Principal. If you are not satisfied with the response and which to make a formal complaint, this should be made in writing and sent to the Club Training Principal. A meeting can then be arranged to decide what action is needed.

Cancellation of Training Courses

If a training course is cancelled by the Club for whatever reason, then we will endeavour to rebook you on another course or reschedule the training course. If that is not possible, then a full refund will be offered.
If you decide to cancel after booking a training course, we will discuss with you on a case-by-case basis, offering to rebook you on another course or refund the course fees.
If you cancel within the week before a course starts or fail to attend a course without notice, then the course fees will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.
